A vivid picture of Luozhuang
Living beside water should be a happy thing. But if the water is black, smelly and all covered by the algae, I suppose you would unconsciously stay away from it. Luozhuang Located in the east of Linyi City, Shandong Province with well developed water system. It was a really beautiful town. But unfortunately, Wuli River was seriously polluted by the discharge of  domestic sewage, industrial wastewater. The water was overloaded with nitrogen and phosphorus. It is smelly, black and algal blooms appeared. Sedimentation was also serious. Chengbang Design Ecological Management Team adopts the Three-in-one idea --Treatment, Retention, Use. Point source governance, non-point source governance, water purification, ecological system repairing assist with management are the five major measures.  Through river ecological dredging ,village Sewage treatment, river ecological restoration, ecological wetland construction, ecological corridor construction, composite system, etc. Finally the project achieved the fine water ecology environment where the landscape water is fresh, people living near the water happily. The nature has returned to Luozhuang.
