The Poetic Sucun Village
Sucun Village has a beautiful natural scenery. The U-shape Taoyuan River flows slowly through the village and divides the village into two parts. The project task is to  upgrade  the landscape along the rural rivers in the village from Sucun to Wangzhaiqiao Village. We adhered to the principles of “Localization”, “ Ruralisation ” and “Harmony of people and water”. Exploring the profound cultural heritage of Sucun Village inspired us to apply local cultural characteristics and natural  texture element to the facade renovation. The design created  "Eight Scenes of Su Village".  To extend the cultural context and make vivid of the historical imprint. In detail, we added layers to the landscape to form natural atmosphere with different look in each season. The ornamental value is raised and a poetic life scene is pictured.
As you slowly walking along the creek, watching the flowering scene, listening to gurgling of running water, you can feel the rich local cultural. How comforting!
